Step 1: Complimentary Consultation

Bridal consultations can be done over the phone or at our salon. During this time, we’ll discuss your wedding day plans in detail. Here are some things we will need to know:

What is the date of your wedding?
Where will you be getting ready?
How many guests in your bridal party need Hair services?
How many guests in your bridal party need makeup services?

When does your bridal party need to be finished with hair and makeup?
Do you have any allergies or sensitivities to certain products?
After your consultation, we will email you our bridal pricing to be reviewed. The next step will be to set up your trial.


Step 2: Setting Up Your Trial

We’re excited to show you just how stunning you’ll look on the day of your wedding! After the consultation, we ask that you email us your availability to set the date for your trial. Please include any bridal inspiration photos or Pinterest boards you may have already started. This will help us create the perfect look to match your style. Please take note, the trial will require a credit card to hold the appointment.

*Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.


Step 3: The Trial

The trial will be held on location at GLOW located at 71 Arlington Street, Watertown, MA 02472.

Trial day details:
The trial time is 1 1/2 hours. We are perfecting one look. Time allowing, we will try other looks.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your trial to guarantee that the full amount is spent on you.
Come with your hair clean or one day unwashed.
We accept all forms of payment. Gratuity is only accepted in the form of Cash or Venmo.
We document the process with photos & notes.

Step 4: Feedback and Final Confirmation

For your comfort, there is a 24 hour period after the trial has been completed to let us know that you would like to move forward. We will then e-mail you our bridal contract. Please take note that the date can not be held until we have received the completed contract through email including a $250 Non-Refundable Deposit that will be applied to your total balance.
At that time we will do a final confirmation of all the information provided in the bridal contract to make sure nothing has changed.
Last but not least, we will follow up with you the week of your wedding to go over final details such as hotel room number, building entry, parking, etc.


  Pre-Wedding Checklist

  • Arrive with clean or one day unwashed, dry hair.
  • All services are scheduled for a 30-45 minute time frame maximum. Please ensure everyone receiving services arrives on time.
  • Remaining balance is due before the service begins and is only accepted in the form of cash. The bride will be responsible for covering the cost of any unpaid services.
  • Your credit card on file will not be used to pay for services rendered. It is only charged in instances of cancellation or any remaining balance.
  • Off site travel starts at $50 covering up to the first hour and will be $50 each additional hour. All parking, toll, ferry and valet fees incurred while traveling to your location will be added to the
    final bill.
  • We are more than happy to do additional services, as well as, accompany you for touch ups after your hair is completed for a further charge of $50.00 per hour at the stylist's discretion,
    if time allows.
